Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The return request is submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • The product is unused, in its original condition, and includes all original packaging.

  • Items returned without original packaging.
  • Products showing signs of use after delivery.
  • Clearance, sale, or promotional items (unless received damaged or defective).

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Kindly provide:

  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging (if applicable)
  • Description of the issue

Our team will review the request and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.


Exchange Policy

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we may offer a replacement subject to product availability.

If the same item is unavailable, an alternative solution or refund may be offered.


Refund Policy

Once your return request is approved and the product is received and inspected, we will process your refund.

Refunds may be issued through:

  • Easypaisa
  • JazzCash

Refund processing may take 5–10 business days depending on the payment method and banking procedures.


Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, return shipping costs will be covered by Mehru Home Decor.
  • For all other approved returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to the return process outlined above.


Refused Deliveries

If a customer refuses delivery without a valid reason, future orders may require advance payment before processing.
